JONESVILLE INDUSTRIAL PARK
The Jonesville Industrial Park was developed in 1996, and houses a variety of industrial companies. The vacant lots are owned by the City of Jonesville; purchase and development is negotiated with the Local Development Finance Authority (LDFA). The City offers development support and financial incentives to attract manufacturing employers to this strategic location.
CHICAGO STREET RIVERFRONT REDEVELOPMENT
The City of Jonesville is entertaining interest in the former Klein Tool Building located at the intersection of Chicago Street (US-12) and Water Street. This 68,000+ square foot former tool factory is located in the heart of Downtown and has frontage on the St. Joseph River. It presents a unique redevelopment opportunity to capitalize on the established retail and entertainment district.
